新生儿溢乳和睡眠护理中倾斜式卧位的应用价值研究

Research of the Application Value of Reclining Position in Neonatal Milk Overflow and Sleep Nursing

目的:探讨新生儿溢乳和睡眠护理中倾斜式卧位的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月武夷山市立医院出生的溢乳新生儿200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组加用倾斜式卧位护理,比较2组新生儿溢乳情况、睡眠质量与开奶时间。结果:对照组溢乳发生率为18.00%,观察组溢乳发生率为5.00%,观察组新生儿溢乳率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组干预前匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后PSQI评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组开奶时间为(25.40±2.85)h,观察组开奶时间为(18.20±2.23)h,相较于对照组,观察组开奶时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:倾斜式卧位可有效提升新生儿睡眠质量,减少溢乳的发生,并缩短新生儿开奶时间。

Objective:To explore the application value of inclined decubitus position in neonatal galactorrhea and sleep nursing.Methods:A total of 200 cases of galactorrhea newborns born in Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was supplemented with inclined decubitus nursing.The situation of neonatal galactorrhea,sleep quality and milk opening time were compared between the two groups.Results:18 cases of neonatal galactorrhea occurred in the control group,and 5 cases of neonatal galactorrhea occurred in the observation group,and the incidence of galactorrhea was 5.00%.Compared with the control group,the rate of galactorrhea in the observation group was lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The milking time of the control group was(25.40±2.85)h,and the observation group was(18.20±2.23)h.Compared with the control group,the milking time of the observation group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The inclined decubitus position can effectively improve the neonatal sleep quality,reduce the occurrence of galactorrhea,and shorten the time of neonatal milk opening.
