奥瑞姆自护理论下认知行为干预对突发性耳聋患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Based on Orem′s Self-care Theory on Sleep Quality of Patients with Sudden Deafness

目的:研究奥瑞姆自护理论下认知行为干预对突发性耳聋患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年12月至2021年2月于福建省泉州东南医院住院的突发性耳聋患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以常规检查、治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行奥瑞姆自护理论下认知行为干预。比较2组干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和自我护理能力测量量表(ESCA)评分。结果:治疗后观察组患者PSQI、SAS和SDS评分下降幅度明显大于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ESCA评分上升幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥瑞姆自护理论下认知行为干预能有效调节患者心理压力,改善患者睡眠质量,提升患者自护能力。

Objective:To study the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention based on Orem′s self-care theory on sleep quality of patients with sudden deafness.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sudden deafness hospitalized in Fujian Quanzhou southeast hospital from December 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine examination,treatment and nursing.On this basis,the experimental group was given cognitive behavioral intervention based on Orem′s self-care theory.The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After treatment,the decreases in PSQI,SAS and SDS scores,and the increase in ESCA scores of the experimental group were significantly greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral intervention based on Orem′s self-care theory can effectively regulate the patients′psychological pressure,improve their sleep quality,and enhance their self-care ability.
