鸟巢式护理对新生儿体质量和睡眠质量的影响分析

Effect of Bird′s Nest Nursing on Neonatal Weight and Sleep Quality

目的:分析鸟巢式护理对新生儿体质量和睡眠时间的影响。方法:选取厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院2020年1月至2021年3月收治的新生儿100例作为研究对象,按照住院时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,2组给予不同的护理方案。观察2组新生儿护理前后生长发育情况、不同时期睡眠质量、临床指标以及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组生长发育情况、睡眠质量、临床指标较好(P<0.05),且并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:应用鸟巢式护理对新生儿的体质量和睡眠时间效果较好,能有效的改善新生儿生命体征,降低并发症发生率,使新生儿生命质量得到更好的保障,在临床护理中的应用价值巨大,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of bird′s nest nursing on the weight and sleep quality of newborns.Methods:A total of 100 newborns admitted to the women′s and children′s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2020 to March 2021 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of hospitalization time,with 50 cases in each group.The two groups were given different nursing schemes.The growth and development,sleep quality in different periods,clinical indexes and complications of newborns in the two groups were observed before and after nursing.Results:The experimental group′s growth and development,sleep quality,clinical indicators were better,and the incidence of complications was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of bird′s nest nursing has a good effect on the weight and sleep time of newborns.It can effectively improve the vital signs of newborns,reduce the incidence of complications,and better ensure the quality of life of newborns.It has great application value in clinical nursing and is worth popularizing.
