鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后引起患者睡眠障碍的原因及相关护理措施研究

Study on the Causes of Patients with Sleep Disorders after Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Related Nursing Measures

目的:探究鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后引起患者睡眠障碍的原因并制定相关的护理措施;方法:选取2018年12月至2019年12月陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的进行鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎患者92例作为研究对象,通过匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)判定睡眠障碍患者,单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析引起患者睡眠障碍的因素。结果:单因素分析,引起患者睡眠障碍的因素为持续口鼻分泌物、疼痛评分≥4分、焦虑评分≥50、呼吸方式不适应、住院环境不适应,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析,引起患者睡眠障碍的因素为疼痛评分≥4分、呼吸方式不适应、住院环境不适应,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疼痛、呼吸方式不适应、住院环境不适应会引起鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后患者睡眠障碍,可在减轻疼痛、训练口呼吸、保障住院环境等方面加强护理来缓解患者睡眠障碍。

Objective:To explore the causes of patients with sleep disorders after endoscopic sinus surgery and to formulate relevant nursing measures.Methods:A total of 92 patients with sinusitis treated by endoscopic sinus surgery in the 73rd army hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.Patients with sleep disorders were determined by Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and the factors causing sleep disorders were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression.Results:Univariate analysis showed that the factors causing sleep disorders were continuous oral and nasal secretions,pain score≥4,anxiety score≥50,inappropriate breathing mode and hospitalization environment(P<0.05);Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors causing sleep disorders were pain score≥4,respiratory mode maladjustment and hospitalization environment maladjustment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain,unsuitable breathing methods,and unsuitable hospital environment can cause sleep disorders in patients after sinusitis and endoscopic sinus surgery.Care can be strengthened to relieve patients′sleep disorders by reducing pain,training mouth breathing,and ensuring hospitalization environment.
