康复护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者功能恢复效果的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on the Functional Recovery of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探讨对类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者使用康复护理干预的临床应用效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年10月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的RA患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上使用康复护理干预。结果:观察组与对照组在护理后对骨关节功能指标情况、生命质量3项指标均有明显改善,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对RA患者使用康复护理干预可促进患者恢复各骨关节功能,改善其生命质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:A total of 120 RA patients treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from July 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing,and the observation group used rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Results:The three indexes of bone and joint function and quality of life in the observation group and the control group were significantly improved after nursing.The observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing intervention for RA patients can promote the recovery of bone and joint functions of patients and improve their lives.
