Application Effect of Risk Nursing in Disinfection of Medical Instruments in Supply Room and Its Influence on Sleep Quality and Nursing Quality

目的:探讨风险护理管理在供应室医疗器械消毒中的应用效果以及对睡眠质量、护理质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月谷城县人民医院供应室的护理人员32名作为研究对象,按照时间先后分为观察组和对照组,2019年1月至2020年1月开展风险护理管理的为观察组,2018年1月至2019年1月实施陈旧的护理管理模式为对照组,每组16名。比较实施风险护理后的护理效果及睡眠质量。结果:观察组中护理人员开展风险护理管理模式后整体护理质量、风险识别能力、睡眠治疗均较对照组提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在供应室器械消毒工作中开展风险护理管理工作后护士的整体护理质量均提高,并减轻护理人员的工作压力,提高睡眠质量,是值得临床中使用的一种护理管理模式。

Objective:To explore the application effect of risk nursing management in the disinfection of medical equipment in the supply room and its influence on sleep quality and nursing quality.Methods:A total of 32 nurses from the supply room of Gucheng County People′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to time.The observation group that carried out risk nursing management from January 2019 to January 2020 was the observation group,and the old nursing management mode implemented from January 2018 to January 2019 was the control group,with 16 in each group.The nursing effect and sleep quality after risk nursing were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the quality of nursing staff in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After carrying out risk nursing management in the equipment disinfection work of supply room,the overall nursing quality of nurses is improved,and the work pressure of nursing staff is reduced,and the sleep quality is improved.It is a nursing management mode worthy of clinical use.
