优质护理干预对阑尾炎患者术后睡眠质量的改善作用

Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality of Patients with Appendicitis after Operation

目的:研究优质护理干预用于阑尾炎的价值。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年8月德州市第三人民医院收治的阑尾炎手术患者94例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。观察组采取优质护理干预,对照组行常规护理。结果:匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,术后第3天与第5天,观察组依次是(10.09±1.15)分、(6.74±0.81)分,对照组(13.64±2.68)分、(9.07±0.93)分。观察组比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为97.87%,比对照组82.98%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阑尾炎术中运用优质护理干预,利于睡眠质量的改善及满意度的提升,建议推广。

Objective:To study the value of high quality nursing intervention in appendicitis.Methods:A total of 94 patients undergoing appendicitis surgery admitted to Dezhou Third People′s Hospital from February 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The observation group took high-quality nursing intervention,and the control group took routine nursing.Results:Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,the observation group was(10.09±1.15)points,(6.74±0.81)points,the control group(13.64±2.68)points,(9.07±0.93)on the 3rd and 5th day after operation.The observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.87%,which was higher than 82.98%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing intervention in appendicitis operation is conducive to the improvement of sleep quality and satisfaction,which is recommended to be popularized.
