无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效及其对患者睡眠质量的影响

Clinical Effect of Noninvasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure and the Influence of Sleep Quality

目的:探究无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病并呼吸衰竭的效果及其对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2020年10月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺病并呼吸衰竭患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用无创呼吸机治疗,比较2组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、血氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))。结果:观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,观察组SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)高于对照组,观察组PaCO_(2)低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病具有安全性高、缩短康复时间、无创伤等优点,值得在临床中应用推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,blood oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2))and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2))of the two groups were compared.Results:The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO_(2) of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Invasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has the advantages of high safety,shortening the recovery time,non-invasive and so on,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
