摘要
为研究沥青多次再生机理,通过沥青化学组分试验(四组分法),测试并分析了沥青多次再生过程中各个组分及胶体不稳定指数变化规律,并探讨了各组分与针入度、延度等物理性质的关联性.基于再生剂的掺量与化学组分、物理性质的关系,揭示了再生剂在沥青多次再生过程中所起到的改善作用.研究结果表明:随着再生次数的增加,沥青中的沥青质质量分数增大,芳香分和胶质质量分数降低,饱和分质量分数较为稳定,胶体不稳定指数增大,沥青的常规性能指标总体上可以恢复;沥青的多次再生设计中,应重点关注化学组分的协调与匹配,以提高其路用性能.
To investigate the mechanism of multiply recycled asphalt,the law of each component and colloidal instability index of asphalt in the multiply recycled process was analyzed by chemical composition test of asphalt with four-component test.The correlation between component and physical properties of penetration and ductility of asphalt was discussed.Based on the relationship among rejuvenating agent dosage,chemical composition and physical properties,the improvement effect of rejuvenating agent in the multiply recycled process was revealed.The results show that with the increasing of recycling numbers,the asphaltene content of asphalt is increased,while the aromatic content and colloid content are decreased.The saturated content is stable,and the colloid instability index is increased.The design of multiply recycled asphalt should focus on the coordination and matching of chemical components to improve the pavement property.
