摘要
目的:采用周历活动规划中文版(WCPA-C)评估大学生群体的执行功能,并评价其效度。方法:招募在校大学生89名,所有受试者均接受WCPA-C评测。其中73名同时接受连线试验(TMT)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)、执行功能行为评估量表-成人版(BRIEF-A)、执行功能表现测试(EFPT)服药任务4项执行功能评测。通过内容效度及4项执行功能测试间的效标关联效度评价效度。结果:WCPA-C条目水平内容效度指数I-CVI值为0.83~1.00,量表水平的内容效度S-CVI值为0.92。WCPA-C得分与TMT、BRIEF-A和EFPT服药任务得分均呈低度相关(|r|=0.33~0.42,均P<0.05),与WCST得分无相关性(|r|=0.01~0.24,均P>0.05)。结论:周历活动规划中文版(WCPA-C)评测大学生的内容效度较好,效标关联效度尚可,可推荐作为评估大学生执行功能的工具。
Objective:To evaluate the validity of the Chinese version of the Weekly Calendar Planning Activity(WCPA-C)in college students.Methods:Totally 89 college students were recruited and assessed with the WC-PA-C.Among them,73 subjects were evaluated by 4 other executive function assessment scales,inc luding the Trail Making Test(TMT),Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST),Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-A-dult Version(BRIEF-A)self-report form and Executive Function Performance Test(EFPT)taking medication.The validity was tested by using content validity index and criterion related validity.Results:Item-level content validity indices of WCPA-C were 0.83-1.00,and scale-level content validity index of WCPA-C was 0.92.The scores of WCPA-C exhibited low correlations with the scores of TMT,BRIEF-A self-report form and EFPT taking medica-tion(|r|=0.33-0.42,Ps<0.05),and didn't exhibit any correlation with the scores of WCST(|r|=0.01-0.24,Ps>0.05).Conclusion:Among the college students,WCP A-C demonstrates good content validity and general criterion-related validity,which could be used as a tool to evaluate the executive function of college students,and become an effective supplement to the executive function evaluation.
