新时代中国新闻出版业对经济发展的作用及其优化路径

Role of China’s Press and Publication Industry in Economic Development and Its Optimization Path in the New Era

新闻出版业在国民经济中是一个具有独特贡献的部门,但是过去的研究不够全面,所以本文进一步分析了新时代中国新闻出版业对经济发展的作用,并提出了优化路径。新闻出版业的作用表现在对于增加值、收入和就业等经济维度的直接贡献、通过产业间关联效应所形成的间接贡献、通过成果传递对创新的引领和传播效应以及对精神和情绪的调节效应等方面。新闻出版业面临精品力作较为缺乏、数字化和智能化产品不够充分、营销模式不够精准、国际传播力有待发展和合格人才短缺等问题。由此提出打造精品力作,促进数字化转型升级,拓展营销思维、渠道与技术,提升国际传播力和打造过硬人才队伍的优化路径。

Although press and publication industry has made distinguished contributions to our national economy,the previous research on the industry was not comprehensive enough,so this paper further analyzes the role of China s press and publication industry in economic development in the new era,and puts forward its optimization path.The vital function of the press and publication industry is reflected in the direct contribution to the economic dimensions of added value,income and employment,the indirect contribution through the inter-industry linkage effects,the leading and communication effect on innovation through the transmission of achievement,and the adjustment effect on spirit and emotion.The press and publishing industry is facing dozens of drawbacks including lack of excellent works,insufficient digital and intelligent products,inaccurate marketing modes,undeveloped international communication power and shortage of qualified talents.Therefore,it is suggested the optimization paths to implement of creating excellent works,promoting digital transformation and upgrading,expanding marketing thinking,channels and technology,enhancing international communication capabilities and building excellent talent team.
