摘要
为探讨香茅纯露对蔬菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以菜心和番茄为试验材料,分别用0、0.5%、1%、5%、10%、20%香茅纯露处理,培养14d后,测定种子发芽势、发芽率、生物量、抗氧化酶活性等生理指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,对于番茄,浓度为0.5%香茅纯露对幼苗具有明显的促进效果,而对于菜心,香茅纯露浓度为1%时,其效果较好;此外,无论是番茄还是菜心,较高浓度(5%~20%)具有显著的抑制效果。GC-MS分析表明,香茅纯露含有β-蒎烯、2,3-脱氢-1,8-桉树脑、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮等19种化合物。据此推测,香茅纯露影响番茄、菜心种子萌发和幼苗生长的主要物质为萜类物质。
To investigate the effect of citronella hydrosol on vegetable seed germination and seedlings growth,this study took tomato and flowering Chinese cabbage as materials,the allelopathy effects of different concentrations of citronella hydrosol(0%,0.5%,1%,5%,10%and 20%)on seed germination and seedling growth,were observed in flowering Chinese cabbage and tomato,in which were grown in a light incubator for 2 weeks.The germination poten⁃tial,germination rate,biomass,antioxidant enzyme activity and other physiological indexes were measured,provide the theoretical reference for citronella hydrosol in vegetable production.The results showed that 0.5%citronella hy⁃drosol had obvious promotion effect on tomato seedlings,while 1%citronella hydrosol was better for flowering Chi⁃nese cabbage;however,the higher concentration(5%~20%)had significant inhibition effect,whether tomato or flowering Chinese cabbage.By the GC-MS analysis,19 kinds chemical composition were identified from citronella hydrosol,includingβ-pinene,2,3-dehydro-1,8-cineole,5-hepten-2-one,6-methyl-,and so on.It indicated that the allelopathy effect of citronella hydrosol may be induced by terpenoid.
