父母养育倦怠与幼儿人格的关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Parental Burnout and Children’s Personality

为探索父母养育倦怠的特征及其与幼儿人格的关系,运用《父母养育倦怠量表》与《幼儿人格发展家长评定问卷》对651名幼儿及其父母进行问卷调查。结果显示:8.1%的父母正处于养育倦怠状态,其中,母亲占5.9%,父亲占2.2%;31~40岁是父母养育倦怠的高发期。父母养育倦怠组中幼儿的5个人格维度得分均显著低于非父母养育倦怠组中的幼儿;父母养育倦怠中的低个人成就感维度能够显著负向预测幼儿的智能特征、认真自控、亲社会性;低个人成就感显著负向预测外倾性,而情绪距离显著正向预测外倾性;低个人成就感和情绪耗竭显著负向预测情绪稳定性。研究结果表明,降低父母养育倦怠水平有助于幼儿健全人格的发展。

In order to explore the characteristics of parental burnout and its relationship with children’s personality,651 children and their parents were investigated by using the Inventory of Parental burnout and the Parental Assessment Questionnaire of Children’s Personality Development.The results show that 8.1%of parents were in the state of parental burnout,in which mothers accounted for 5.9%and fathers accounted for 2.2%.The peak of parental burnout is from the age of 31 to 40.The scores of five personality dimensions of children in the parental burnout group were significantly lower than those in the non-parental burnout group.The low dimension of personal achievement in parental burnout can significantly predict children’s intelligence characteristics,serious self-control,and prosociality in negative aspect,the low sense of personal achievement can significantly predict the extroversion in negative aspect,while the emotional distance can significantly predict the extroversion in positive aspect,and the low sense of personal achievement and the emotional exhaustion significantly predict the emotional stability in negative aspect.The results suggest that reducing the level of parental burnout is helpful to the development of children’s healthy personality.
