校园足球教师职业认同的影响因素与优化路径

摘要 探讨社会支持、教学效能感对校园足球教师职业认同的影响及作用机制,并提出校园足球教师职业认同的优化路径。采用组织支持量表、家庭支持量表、体育教师教学效能感量表、校园足球教师职业认同量表对828名校园足球教师进行调查。结果发现:(1)社会支持对校园足球教师职业认同有显著直接影响;(2)教学效能感在社会支持和校园足球教师职业认同之间起部分中介作用。研究表明:应提高校园足球教师的组织支持、家庭支持、教学效能感,以促进其职业认同水平发展。 This paper discusses the influence and mechanism of social support and teaching efficacy on the professional identity of school football teachers,and puts forward the optimizing path of school football teachers’professional identity.We have employed the organizational support scale,family support scale,physical education teachers’teaching efficacy scale,and school football teachers’professional identity scale to investigate 828 school football teachers.The results show that:(1)the social support has a significant direct impact on the professional identity of school football teachers;(2)the teaching efficacy plays a partial mediating role between the social support and the professional identity of school football teachers.Therefore,it is suggested that the organizational support,family support and teaching efficacy of school football teachers should be enhanced so as to promote the development of their professional identity.
