摘要
探寻生命意义、活出人生价值是当代大学生个人成长中不可回避的命题。研究以浙江省某高校40名大学生为研究被试,采用团体心理干预和质性文本分析的方法,考察个体层面提升大学生生命意义感的影响因素并提出教育对策。经过为期8周的团体心理辅导干预,实验组大学生的生命意义感有显著提升。通过分析实验组被试的反馈文本,提炼出健康人格、行为塑造、情绪管理、自我建构四个有助于提升生命意义感的核心概念。在此基础上,研究从培育学生的责任担当、激励利他行为生成、整合正负情绪价值、凸显生命价值引领等四个方面提出提升大学生生命意义感的有效策略。
Exploring the meaning of life and living out the value of life is an unavoidable proposition in the personal growth of contemporary university students.In this study,40 university students from a university in Zhejiang Province were selected for the survey.Group psychological intervention and qualitative text analysis were used to investigate the factors affecting the improvement of university students’sense of life meaning at the individual level and put forward the educational countermeasures.It is found that after a period of 8 weeks of group psychological counseling intervention,university students’sense of life in the experimental group has been significantly improved.By analyzing the feedback texts of the experimental group,we have extracted four core concepts facilitating the sense of meaning in life as the healthy personality,behavior shaping,emotion management and self-construction.Therefore,this paper proposes effective strategies to improve university students’sense of life meaning from four aspects:cultivating students’sense of responsibility,encouraging the generation of altruistic behavior,integrating positive and negative emotional values,and highlighting the guidance of life value.
