摘要
“互联网+”高校教师专业学习共同体是一种新型的教师专业学习共同体,是以共同愿景和价值观为纽带,利用互联网相互合作与协作,满足成员的社会、专业和个人需求,促进高校教师专业发展的组织。该共同体除了具有一般高校教师专业学习共同体的特征外,还具有强交互性、强包容性、强自主性和强共享性等自身独有的特征。高校教师专业学习共同体的构建应该从平台构建、成员构建和文化构建等方面来展开。
The“Internet+”professional learning community for university teachers is a new type of professional learning community which is bonded by the shared vision and values,teachers cooperate and collaborate with each other by employing the Internet to meet the social,professional and personal needs,thus,promote the professional development of university teachers.This kind of community not only has the characteristics of the general professional learning community of teachers in university,but also has its own unique characteristics,such as strong interactivity,strong tolerance and strong sharing.Therefore,the construction of“Internet+”professional learning community for university teachers should be carried out from the aspects of platform construction,member construction and culture construction.
