在线学习投入的影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Online Learning Engagement

摘要 在线学习常态化发展的背景下学习质量被广泛关注,在线学习投入可反映学习质量。通过对338名大学生发放问卷的方式进行在线学习投入的影响因素实证研究。结果表明,大学生在线学习投入水平一般,其中行为投入、认知投入高于情感投入;在线学习投入水平与性别无关,但会受到年级、在线学习经历的影响;学生的学业自我效能感、教师支持、同伴交互显著正向影响在线学习投入。可从提高学业自我效能感,提供教师支持,促进同伴交互水平三方面提高在线学习投入。 In the context of the normal development of online learning, learning quality has been widely concerned. Online learning investment can be used as an important indicator to reflect learning quality.338 college students were investigated for the influence factors of online learning investment. The results show that the level of online learning investment of college students is average,and the behavioral investment and cognitive investment are higher than the emotional investment.Online learning engagement level has nothing to do with gender, but is affected by grade and online learning experience.Students’ academic self-efficacy, teacher support and peer interaction significantly positively affect online learning engagement. Online learning engagement can be improved from three aspects: improving academic self-efficacy, providing teacher support and promoting peer interaction.
