构建基于“互联网+”校本培训新模式的探究

教师队伍的综合素质提升对于学校教学质量提升,起到决定性作用。目前各地新建学校有一大批新教师走上教师工作岗位,新教师的培训及能力提升工作显得尤为重要。如何完善的教师培养模式。该文提出了借助"互联网+"构建的"工作助手式"网络培训模式。分别从课程选择、平台构建、平台运行效果等方面阐述了这一模式所具有投入成本低、针对性强、易于搭建、可复制性强的特点,以推动校本培训创新开展,达到持续提升教师综合素质的目的。
