摘要
职业院校主题班会的开展一直处于失序杂乱状态,要真正发挥主题班会的育人功能,提高主题班会的教育效果,就必须把主题班会作为一门课程去建设。作为一门课程,主题班会课区别于专业课,也区别于思政课、文化课,它应是职业院校每一位学生的必修课,具有公共性、综合性、体验性。职业院校主题班会课程建设要秉持素质教育的理念,要把学生的自主发展意识与能力、社会参与意识与能力作为课程目标,并围绕课程目标以学生在校不同学习阶段需要面对和解决的问题为导向构建课程内容体系。教材的编写不应当采取传统的叙述模式,而应当采用对话模式或活动策划模式,把教材变成学材。教学实施要突显学生的主体地位,创设适宜情境,让学生在活动中通过亲身体验建构属于自己的知识和能力。教学评价可以采取学生自评、同学互评、师生访谈、计算机工具考评等方式,并要将考评结果纳入学生素质评价体系和记入学生个人档案。
To give full play to the educational function of thematic class meeting in vocational colleges,it needs to be constructed as a course.As a course,thematic class meeting is different from professional courses,ideological and political courses and cultural courses.It should be a compulsory course for every student in vocational colleges,with publicity,comprehensiveness and experience.The construction of thematic class meeting curriculum in vocational colleges should uphold the concept of quality education,take students’consciousness and ability of independent development and social participation as the curriculum goal,and build the curriculum content system based on the curriculum goal and the problems that students need to face and solve in different learning stages.The compilation of teaching materials should not adopt the traditional mode of narration,but should adopt the mode dialogue or activity planning,to turn teaching materials into learning materials.Teaching implementation should highlight the subject status of students,create an appropriate situation and let students construct their own knowledge and ability through personal experience in activities.Teaching evaluation can use the ways of students’self-evaluation,classmate evaluation,teachers and students’interview,computer tools evaluation and other ways.The evaluation results should be included in the student quality evaluation system and recorded in the students’personal files.
