摘要
人工智能技术的发展和应用不断重塑着社会和经济的形态,推动人类劳动结构和思维方式的变革。高校劳动教育与创新创业教育需考量人工智能技术对劳动结构和创新创业要素的影响,适时而变,融合共生,在“人”的全面发展、高校人才培养体系和社会人才需求价值链上探寻价值共生点。人工智能时代高校劳动教育与创新创业教育的路径同构,既需要依托人工智能技术,确立“智识相融”的教育目标,也需要构建“全程追踪”的评价体系和“虚实相生”的“学—教”模型,践行“以虚促实”的实践指导教育。
The development and application of artificial intelligence technology are constantly reshaping social and economic forms and promoting the transformation of human labor structure and mode of thinking.Labor education,innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities needs to consider the impact of AI technology on labor structure and innovation and entrepreneurship features,change,integration and coexistence.To explore the value symbiosis point in the overall development of“human,”the talent training system of colleges and universities and the value chain of social talent demands change.In the era of artificial intelligence,the paths co-construction of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is necessary to establish the educational goal of“integration of wisdom and knowledge”by relying on artificial intelligence technology and also the necessity to build a“whole-process tracking”evaluation system and a“learning-teaching”model of“virtual reality”and practice“virtual reality promoting”practice guidance education.
