“双一流”背景下煤炭行业特色高校办学定位研究

Study on the Orientation of Colleges and Universities with Characteristics of Coal Industry under the Background of"Double First-class"

煤炭行业特色高校是我国高等教育体系重要组成部分,也是行业特色高校中的典型代表之一。“双一流”建设的实施,为煤炭行业特色高校的发展提供了机遇,也带来了挑战。煤炭行业特色高校在未来如何继续保持特色发展,办学定位是核心要领。通过关键词统计法梳理10所煤炭行业特色高校的办学定位现状,发现其存在发展目标定位与实际相脱节、办学类型定位趋同、办学层次定位贪高求大、学科专业盲目追求综合化发展、特色人才供需矛盾突出、社会服务功能发挥不充分等问题。煤炭行业特色高校要科学合理制定发展定位,要完善学科专业建设,要制定人才培养策略,要提高服务行业与地方经济发展的能力。

Colleges and universities with coal industry characteristics are an important part of China's higher education system and also one of the typical representatives of colleges and universities with coal industry characteristics.The proposal of"double first-class"construction provides opportunities as well as challenges for the development of colleges and universities with characteristics of coal industry.How to maintain the characteristic development of colleges and universities with coal industry characteristics in the future is the core of school orientation.Combing through keyword statistics 10 coal industry characteristic orientation of colleges and universities in running schools development target and the actual separation have been found.The orientation of educational type convergence,education level,corruption is too high,blindly pursuing comprehensive development of academic disciplines.Finally,the obvious contradiction between supply and demand,social service function of talents is not sufficient from the development goal positioning,discipline construction,personnel training and service ability.
