摘要
近年来教育学专业本科人才的发展前景渺茫,人才培养备遭打击。目标、知识和能力构成了教育学专业人才发展的三重应然逻辑,它们指引着教育学专业人才走向中小学教育、人工智能教育及教育科学研究等领域。事实上,教育学专业本科人才在发展过程中呈现出应然逻辑和培养体系、社会导向的悖论。悖论形成的内在原因是教育政策调控乏力、市场定向意识不强、教育学学科发展的迷思、教育学多主体的缺位等。突破教育学专业本科人才发展的悖论,需要高校做好顶层设计、重构教育学院、回归教育学本源、打造专业新格局、多样化培养人才、改革课程教学等。
In recent years,the prospects for the development of undergraduate talents of pedagogy major are dim and talent training preparation is low.Objective,knowledge and ability constitute the three logic of pedagogy professional talent development,they guide the pedagogy professional talent to primary and secondary education,artificial intelligence education and educational science research and other fields.As a matter of fact,the development of undergraduate talents in pedagogy presents the paradox of logic,training system and social orientation.The internal causes of these paradoxes are the lack of regulation of educational policy,the weak consciousness of market orientation,the myth of pedagogy development and the absence of multiple subjects of pedagogy.To break through the paradox of the development of undergraduate talents in pedagogy,colleges and universities need to do a good job in top-level design,reconstruct the school of education,return to the origin of pedagogy,create a new pattern of specialty and cultivate talents with diversified ways and reform curriculum teaching.
