“政·校·企”协同育人的沉浸式创业教育体系——以UCB创业教育体系为个案

摘要 加州大学伯克利分校(UCB)建立了一套基于“政府、企业、大学”三螺旋协同育人、注重学生沉浸式体验的“三位一体”创业教育体系。该体系是以创新创业为核心理念,以政企、高校两个平台为依托,并以创业活动、跨学科体系及游戏教学方法三大举措为保障,具有生成性、发展性和保障性特征。UCB创业教育对我国的启示在于:政府要从外部加强引导,高校要从内部加大驱动,形成整合的创业文化。 The University of California,Berkeley(UCB)has established a"Trinity"entrepreneurship education system based on the three helix of"government,enterprise and university"collaborative education and focused on students'immersive experience.This system is based on the core concept of innovation and entrepreneurship,relies on two platforms of government,enterprise and university and is guaranteed by three major measures of entrepreneurial activities,interdisciplinary system and game teaching method.It has the characteristics of generation,development and guarantee.The enlightenment of UCB entrepreneurship education to China lies in that the government should strengthen the guidance from the outside and universities should strengthen the drive from the inside,so as to form an integrated entrepreneurial culture.
