摘要
高校实验室的功能不断增强,类型与层次不断丰富,师资队伍建设相对滞后。新工科建设给高校实验室师资建设带来机遇与挑战。当前高校实验室师资队伍面临的问题有:师资结构复杂,高学历内卷与低职称佛系并存;实验室教师工作压力日益增大,待遇相对下降;实验师资的知识构成较固化,在职培训与提升困难。新工科背景下的高校实验室师资建设要树立复合型人才理念、专业化人才理念、多样化人才理念,在管理体制上要降低管理重心、拓宽师资来源渠道和完善师资结构。
The functions of university laboratories are constantly enhanced,the types and levels are constantly enriched,but the construction of teaching staff is relatively lagging behind.The construction of new engineering brings opportunities and challenges to the construction of college laboratory teachers.The problems faced by the current college laboratory faculty are as follows:(1)the structure of teachers is complex,involution development of high academic qualifications and buddha-like junior title professors coexist;(2)laboratory teachers work pressure is increasing day by day,the payments relatively decline;and,(3)the knowledge composition of laboratory teachers is solidified and on-the-job training and promotion is difficult.Under the background of new engineering,the construction of college laboratory teachers should set up the concept of compound talents,specialized talents and diversified talents,lower the management focus,broaden the source channels of teachers and perfect the structure of teachers in the management system.
