摘要
在智慧医院信息化发展的今天,大数据、人工智能、区块链等新技术正逐步渗透到医疗服务的各个区域,实现这些新技术的前提是全面实现医院信息的互联互通。卫生信息数据元值域代码是医疗卫生信息的基础,实现卫生信息数据元值域代码的共享和交互对数据质量的提升有着重要意义,同时对数据分析和医疗决策的支持具有举足重轻的作用。因此,在HL7下一代标准——快捷医疗互操作性资源(Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources,FHIR)的基础上,结合国家卫生健康委员会发布的卫生信息数据元值域代码标准,按照FHIR标准的约束规则完成卫生信息数据元值域代码的映射,将卫生信息数据元值域代码进行结构化和标准化。
With the development of smart hospital informatization, new technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and block chain are gradually penetrating into all areas of medical services. The premise of realizing these new technologies is to comprehensively realize the interconnection of hospital information. The value domain code of health information metadata is the basis of medical and health information. The realization of the sharing and interaction of value domain code of health information metadata has an important impact on data quality, and plays an important role in data analysis and medical decision support. Therefore,Based on the HL7 next-generation standard-Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources(FHIR), combined with the health information data element range code standard issued by the National Health and Health Commission, it is completed in accordance with the constraint rules of the FHIR standard The mapping of the health information data element range code is to structure and standardize the health information data element range code.
