摘要
地铁建设、运营成本高,地铁票务收入无法覆盖运营成本,自然形成空间的商业收益是地铁收益的重要组成部分,如何开发利用自然形成空间非常重要。论文通过对深圳市城市轨道交通9号线二期工程前湾站-梦海站区间自然形成空间分析,对规划建设区的非地铁必要功能空间的合法合规及有效利用提供一定借鉴。
The cost of subway construction and operation is high,and the ticketing revenue of subway cannot cover the operation cost.As an important part of subway revenue,the commercial revenue of naturally formed space is how to develop and utilize naturally formed space.Through the analysis of the natural formed space between Qianwan Station and Menghai Station of the Second Phase of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 9 Project,it provides some reference for the legal and effective use of non-essential functional space of metro in planning and construction area.
