摘要
珠海机场改扩建工程(一标段)--航站楼土建施工总承包工程的地下室部分为超长钢筋混凝土结构,通过方案比选决定取消后浇带采用跳仓法进行施工。论文主要介绍了基于项目特征的施工仓划分、对预拌混凝土性能要求、跳仓法施工缝留置和构造及混凝土浇筑等关键技术。实践证明,跳仓法以施工缝取代后浇带,可缩短工期,确保混凝土不会产生有害裂缝,取得了良好的社会效益。
The basement ofthe general contracting project for civil construction of Zhuhai Airport Reconstruction and Expansion Project(Bid Section I)is an ultra long reinforced concrete structure.Through scheme comparison,it is decided to cancel the post cast strip and adopt the sequence method for construction.This paper mainly introduces the key technologies such as construction warehouse division based on project characteristics,performance requirements for ready mixed concrete,construction joint retention and structure of sequence method and concrete pouring.Practice has proved that the sequence method with construction joints replaces post-pouring belt,which can shorten the construction period,and ensure that concrete will not produce harmful cracks,which has achieved good social benefits.
