This paper analyzes the value and role of BIM technology in the progress control of construction projects,summarizes the problems existing in the current construction progress control of engineering projects,and introduces the construction progress compilation process based on BIM technology,carries out construction simulation and adjustment and optimization based on the building model,which lays a technical foundation forthe fine management andhigh-quality development of the project.
