作为城市化建设的重要标志,道路桥梁工程的施工过程日渐复杂,促使施工管理难度逐渐增加。只有深入探究施工管理存在的问题,提出针对性的优化措施,才能保障施工活动高质、高效地开展。论文主要探讨了道路桥梁施工管理的必要性,分析了其中存在的问题,提出了完善施工管理制度、加强施工原材料管理以及做好施工过程安全管理等对策,为我国道路桥梁工程施工管理工作提供参考。

As an important symbol of urbanization, the construction process of road and bridge engineering is becoming more and more complicated, which makes the construction management more and more difficult. Only by deeply exploring the problems existing in construction management and putting forward targeted optimization measures can construction activities be carried out with high quality and efficiency. This paper mainly discusses the necessity of road and bridge construction management, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward countermeasures such as improving the construction management system, strengthening the management of construction raw materials and doing a good job in the safety management of construction process to provide reference for China’s road and bridge engineering construction management.
