摘要
从EPC项目承包模式的概念出发,分析了其在废弃矿山修复项目中的应用优势,总结了采用EPC模式进行废弃矿山修复项目在实施过程中存在市场风险、成本风险及技术风险。针对上述3类风险提出了深入市场调研研究加工品销售行情、全过程成本管控及材料限价采购、因地制宜实施技改等方面的改进策略。
Based on the concept of EPC project contracting mode, this paper analyzes its advantages in the application of abandoned mine rehabilitation project, and summarizes the market risk, cost risk and technical risk in the implementation of abandoned mine rehabilitation project using EPC mode. In view of the above three kinds of risks, this paper puts forward improvement strategies in the following aspects:in-depth market research on the sales of processed products, whole-process cost control and material price limit procurement, and implementation of technological transformation according to local conditions.
