建筑工程质量控制措施探析

Analysis of Quality Control Measures of Construction Engineering

介绍了目前我国建筑工程施工中在进场原材料控制、专业水平、管理体系等方面存在的问题,从人、机、料、法、环、测几个因素对工程质量的影响进行了分析,并在管理体系搭建、问题源头管控、管理过程实施、人员素质提升和建造模式创新等方面提出了质量控制措施。

This paper introduces the problems existing in the control ofraw materials,professional level and management system in the current construction of China's construction engineering,and analyzes the influence of several factors on the project quality from human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement,and the quality control measures are put forward from the aspects of management system construction,problem source control,management process implementation,personnel quality improvement and construction mode innovation.
