广西壮族自治区部分地区马属动物梨形虫感染的分子流行病学调查

Investigation on molecular epidemiology of piroplasma infection in equine animals in some parts of Guangxi Province

为了解广西壮族自治区部分地区马属动物携带梨形虫的情况及种类分布,2019-2020年在广西壮族自治区防城港、崇左、百色与河池等地区共采集162份抗凝血,抽提后运用巢式PCR方法扩增18S rRNA基因并进行测序分析,以了解种类情况。结果显示,防城港、崇左、百色与河池等四地马属动物的马梨形虫平均感染率为26.54%,分别为40.00%、10.76%、44.82%和10.52%;涉及3个种类,分别是马泰勒焦虫、东方泰勒焦虫、瑟氏泰勒焦虫,其中马泰勒焦虫为优势种;此外还有新发人兽共患的病原体Colpodella sp.和Sarcocystis gjerdei。结果表明,广西壮族自治区4个地区的马属动物都携带梨形虫,且感染率较高,涉及种类较为丰富,应给以足够重视。

In order to understand the distribution of piroplasmosis of equine in some areas of Guangxi Province,China,a total of 162 anticoagulant blood samples were collected from Fangchenggang,Chongzuo,Baise and Hechi in Guangxi Province from 2019 to 2020.After extraction of total DNA,the 18 S rRNA gene was amplified by the nested PCR and sequenced and analyzed to identify the species.The results showed that the average infection rates of piroplasmosis in the regions of Fangchenggang,Chongzuo,Baise and Hechi were 26.54%;40.00%,10.76%,44.82%and 10.52%,respectively;involving 3 species,namely Theileria equi,T.orientalis and T.sergenti,of which Theileria equi were the dominant species.In addition,there were two new emerging zoonotic pathogens:Colpodella sp.and Sarcocystis gjerdei.In conclusion,equine animals in four regions of Guangxi Province all had piroplasmosis infection,and the infection rate was relatively high,and the involved species were relatively complex,so adequate attention should be paid.
