摘要
为实现密封在线状态监控,达到用户、制造企业以及研究机构三方对密封运行动态数据实时共享的目的,结合网络化虚拟仪器(Ⅵ)技术实现了混合结构的密封网络化监控系统。现地数据采集与显示模块充分利用密封辅助系统现有的传感器和报警装置,采用Ⅵ系统实现。现场运行数据通过LabⅥEW中的Data socket技术实现远程传输,现地数据采集及显示通过Remote Panels技术发布。
In order to implement condition monitoring of mechanical seals,sharing dynamic real-time running data of seals among users,the production enterprise and the research institution,combined with the networked virtual instrument technology,a networked monitoring system of seals based on C/S and B/S mixed mode was constructed.The data acquisition and display module on the spot was implemented through the virtual instrument system,making full use of existing sensors and alarm devices of the seal auxiliary system.The real-time operating data were transmitted through the Data socket technology of LabVIEW,and the data acquisition and display program was published through the Remote Panels technology.
