摘要 该文介绍了伺服电机驱动变量泵的控制原理及改造方案,并在实际设备管理中进行节能改造应用,与异步电机驱动变量泵技术相比较,具有高效节能、快速响应及低噪声等优势,通过现场实测电耗、空载电流等数据对比,节能数据明显,并值得在钢铁企业进行节能技术推广。 This paper introduces the control principle and transformation scheme of variable displacement pump driven by servo motor. Compared with the variable displacement pump technology driven by asynchronous motor, it has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, fast response, low noise and other advantages. Through the comparison of field measured power consumption and no-load current, the energy-saving data of variable displacement pump driven by servo motor is obvious, which is worthy of technical promotion in iron and steel enterprises.
