摘要
针对马达缸体和柱塞摩擦副在应用过程中出现有磨损、拉伤的现象,对缸体的氮碳共渗热处理程序的研究和改进,确定了氮碳共渗的保温和预氧化对稳定氮碳共渗过程和提升氮碳共渗质量作用显著,为气体氮碳共渗的质量提升和应用提供改进方向。
In view of the wear and strain of the motor cylinder and plunger friction pair in the application process,the nitrocarburizing heat treatment program of the cylinder is studied and improved.It is determined that the thermal insulation and pre oxidation of nitrocarburizing play a significant role in stabilizing the nitrocarburizing process and improving the nitrocarburizing quality,which provides an improvement direction for the quality improvement and application of gas nitrocarburizing.
