摘要
针对某型双向变量伺服泵无流量输出故障问题,运用多体动力学软件对伺服泵心脏部件进行仿真分析,得出了球铰-卡盘摩擦副比压比功过高是伺服泵无流量输出的主要原因,最后,对相关结构进行优化设计并试验验证了改进措施的有效性。
Focus on the no-flow fault for servo pump,established simulation model of servo pump based on multibody dynamics software,concluded that the main reason for no-flow was that the specific pressure and power which friction couples of spherical hinge-chuck is too high.Finally,put forward the corresponding improvement measures,and through the experiment verify the correctness.
