高校生物类实验室实验安全现状探究

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Safety Management of Biological Laboratories in Colleges and Universities

实验室安全日益受到国家和社会层面的关注,该文从人为因素和管理因素两方面分析了我国高校生物实验室安全方面存在的问题。人为因素包括人为管理问题、人力支撑不足和使用者错误操作等;管理因素主要从仪器管理方案准备不足、实验室管理制度化形式化、专业实验人员技术储备缺乏等进行总结。结合实际情况总结了解决思路:进一步完善管理制度和落实安全责任,探索特色管理体制;创建新型公共共享平台;进行三级联动建设落实专业实验室的安全;重视虚拟仿真在安全教育中的运用。

The safety management of biological laboratories has been given serious attention from the country and society. This paper summarizes the existing safety problems in biological laboratories of colleges and universities from the human being factors and management factors. Human being factors include common problems of management, insufficient human resources support and improper operation. Management factors mainly include the inadequate instrument management method, inflexible management system and insufficient technological reserve of professional laboratory technicians. According to the current situation, this paper proposes to improve the management system, implement the safety responsibility system and explore characteristic management system, establish a novel common sharing platform, establish the three-level linkage mechanism to guarantee safety in professional laboratories, and attach importance to the application of virtual simulation in safety education.
