回顾中国共产党百年风雨历程,实事求是融汇贯通于中国革命和建设的艰难探索之中,凝聚升华于改革开放的理论创新之中,吸收运用于新时代党和国家的自身建设之中。实事求是思想闪耀真理光芒、散发价值魅力、彰显实践本真。准确理解毛泽东在《改造我们的学习》中提出的实事求是思想,把握中国共产党人在革命、建设、改革中对实事求是的探索与发展,有利于新时代领导干部践履实事求是的工作作风、弘扬与时俱进的理论品质、端正求真务实的学习态度。新时代领导干部要始终坚持以人民为中心、在调查研究中掌握工作主动权、在学习历史中汲取精神力量、在实践历练中提升行动自觉,在作风建设中涵养风清气正。
