基于高校实验室管理浅析提高沟通能力的必要性

随着高校教学、科研工作飞速发展,对于实验室及配套资源的综合应用与管理要求也日益严格,原有的管理思维与沟通方式已经严重地制约了实验室管理水平的提升与创新型人才培养。通过深入地分析当前我国实验室资源管理的现状,结合以人为本的思维方法和模式,针对理论指导薄弱、思想观念落后等问题,提出了提高实验室管理人员的思想观念,进行教育大讨论,不断更新观念,用新的社会化、科学化的管理观念来替代传统理念,开放实验室资源等方面的管理改革思路及其改革对策,使实验室管理人员真正认识到良好的沟通能力和行政效率是做好实验室管理工作的关键因素,为科研及教学做好服务工作打下坚实基础。

With the rapid development of school teaching and scientific research, the requirements for comprehensive application and management of laboratory and supporting resources are becoming increasingly strict. The original management thinking and communication mode have seriously restricted the improvement of laboratory management level and the cultivation of innovative talents. Through in-depth analysis of the present situation of laboratory resources management, combining with the people-oriented thinking method and model,and based on the problem such as weak theoretical guidance and backward ideas, this paper puts forward the reform ideas and solutions from the aspects of improving the ideas of laboratory management personnel, carrying out education discussion, updating ideas, and replacing traditional concepts with the new social and scientific management ideas, The purpose is to make laboratory managers to realize that improving good communication ability and administrative efficiency are the key factors related to laboratory management, and lay a solid foundation for scientific research and teaching.
