摘要
实验教学是学生理解并运用理论知识,接受科学思维和创新意识培养的重要途径,教学实验室建设是高校“双一流”建设的重要任务之一,其直接反映了高校教学、科研、管理及人才培养情况。分析了高校教学实验室规划设计、教师队伍、人才培养等突出问题,提出完善顶层规划设计、构建教师队伍长效机制、改革实验教学体系、构建科学合理的管理机制,探索“双一流”建设背景下高校教学实验室建设的举措,为打造一流的高水平现代化教学实验室提供思路。
Experiment teaching is an important way for students to understand and apply theoretical knowledge,and accept the cultivation of scientific thinking and innovative consciousness.Teaching laboratory construction is one of the important tasks of“double first-class”construction in colleges and universities,which directly reflects the teaching,scientific research,management and personnel training in universities.This paper analyzes the prominent problems in the planning and design of teaching laboratory,teaching staff,and personnel training;proposes to improve the design the top-level planning,build a long-term mechanism of the teaching team,reform the experiment teaching system,and establish a scientific and reasonable management mechanism;and explores measures for the construction of college teaching laboratories in the context of“double first-class”construction,in order to provide ideas for build first-class and high-level modern teaching laboratories.
