摘要
医学院校正在加快校企合作的深化,促进产学研一体化人才培养模式的改革。这是实现党的十九大报告提出:“大力度实施创新驱动发展战略,加快建立以企业为主体、需求为导向、产学研深度融合的技术创新体系”的要求,也是促进医学院校人才培养体系发展的创新实践。在阐述产学研相关概念的同时,结合我国高校产学研人才培养的现状,以广西医科大学产学研人才培养模式的实践探索为例,分析了联合培养基地推动产学研发展的现状和成效,提出了产学研人才培养体系建设的优化对策,有助于提高人才培养质量,为区域医疗产业输送高素质卫生人才资源加快国家创新能力体系建设。
Medical colleges are speeding up the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the reform of the talent training model of industry-university-research integration.This is the requirement put forward by the report of the 19th CPC National Congress:“vigorously implement the innovation-driven development strategy and speed up the establishment of a technological innovation system with enterprises as the main body,demand-oriented and deep integration of industry,university and research”.It is also an innovative practice to promote the development of talent training system in medical colleges.While expounding the related concepts of industry-university-research,this paper combines the present situation of industry-university-research talent training in colleges and universities in China,and with the practical exploration of industry-university-research talent training model of Guangxi Medical University as an example,analyzes the present situation and effect of the joint training base in promoting the industry-university-research development.Finally it puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the construction of industry-university-research talent training system,which is helpful to improve the quality of talent training,provide high-quality health personnel resources for the regional medical industry,and speed up the construction of national innovation capacity system.
