人事制度改革下高校青年教师思想政治工作探究

摘要 随着"双一流"建设逐步推进,高校人事制度改革更加注重人力资源的深度开发与精细化管理,释放更大人力资源效能。高校师资队伍建设面临着新的任务和挑战,尤其是青年教师队伍呈现出新的过渡性特征,具体表现在职业价值取向弱化、科学精神淡化、职业心理压力增大等现实问题。对此结合青年教师成长规律,着眼于青年教师职业成长全过程,提出了从思想引领、职业成长、优化政策、人文关怀四个层面有针对性地开展思想政治工作,确保青年教师队伍的健康良性发展。 With the gradual advancement of the "double first-class" construction, the personnel system reform in universities pays more attention to the deep development and refined management of human resources, releasing greater human resource efficiency. The construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities faces new tasks and challenges, especially the young teaching staff showing new transitional characteristics, such as the weakening of vocational value, the desalination of scientific spirit and the increase of psychological pressure. So it is proposed that ideological and political work should be developed from four aspects: as ideological guidance, professional growth, policy optimization and humanistic care, which will guarantee the healthy development of young teaching staff.
