摘要
随着我国军事力量建设进程加快,爆震引起的耳鸣及听力损失问题日益突出。爆震性耳鸣及听力损失动物模型的建立对探究爆震性耳鸣及听力损失的发病机制和有效防治方法的建立具有重要意义。本文通过探讨模型动物的选择、爆震暴露条件的设置、模型鉴定的检测指标等方面进行综述。为建立合理的爆震性耳鸣及听力损失动物模型,开发该疾病的防治和治疗手段提供参考。
As China’s military development accelerates,tinnitus and hearing loss caused by blast exposures are becoming an increasingly prominent issue.Animal models of blast-related tinnitus and hearing loss are of great importance in studying their pathogenesis and in developing effective protection.This paper provides a literature review on the selection of animals,blast exposure parameters and test measurement indexes for establishment of an appropriate animal model for studying blast-related tinnitus and hearing loss,as well as developing their prevention and treatment tools.
