摘要
电磁波的传输和调控是电子学领域的一个研究热点,人工表面等离激元是一项通过在金属表面人工设计亚波长周期结构实现有效控制微波与太赫兹波传输的新技术。近年来,人工表面等离激元波导、电路与天线研究方面已取显著成果,为其在微波与太赫兹集成电路与系统中的应用奠定了基础。鉴于人工表面等离激元技术的重要应用前景,文章简要综述了人工表面等离激元波导、滤波器、频扫漏波天线以及涡旋波天线的若干最新研究进展,为新型人工表面等离激元波导与天线的开发及应用提供了参考。
The transmission and manipulation of electromagnetic waves is a key research topic in electronics.Spoof surface plasmon polariton(SSPP)is a new technology that can effectively control the transmission of microwaves and terahertz waves by artificially designing subwavelength periodic structures on metal surfaces.In recent years,significant achievements have been made in the research of artificial surface plasmon waveguides,circuits,and antennas,laying a foundation for their applications in microwave and terahertz integrated circuits and systems.Given the important application prospects of SSPP technology,the latest research progress including SSPP waveguides,filters,and frequency swept leaky wave antennas,and vortex wave antennas are briefly reviewed,which may provide a references for the development and applications of novel SSPP waveguides and antennas.
