摘要
针对我国西部某高含碳天然气脱碳装置工艺设计过程中主要工艺参数的优化问题,对某脱碳溶剂进行了吸收温度、压力、胺液浓度、再生温度等参数试验研究。通过对试验结果的分析,选取了较优的工艺设计参数:当原料天然气中CO_(2)体积分数为12.0%时,较优的工艺参数为吸收压力8.6 MPa、贫液温度65℃、溶液质量分数45%~50%、再生温度80℃。对气田开发建设过程中压力衰减、原料天然气中CO_(2)体积分数升高等因素进行了研究,结果表明:在较优的工艺参数条件下,CO_(2)体积分数升高至20.0%时的处理量约为CO_(2)体积分数为12.0%的原料气处理量的54%,且贫液温度的可操作范围变小。
Aiming at the optimization of main process parameters in the process design of a high carbon natural gas decarbonization unit.The parameters such as absorption temperature,pressure,amine concentration and regeneration temperature of a decarbonizing solvent are studied.Through the analysis of the test results,the better process design parameters are selected.When the volume fraction of CO_(2) in the feed natural gas is 12.0%,the better process parameters are absorption pressure of 8.6 MPa,lean solution temperature of 65℃,solution mass fraction of 45%-50%and regeneration temperature of 80℃.The pressure attenuation and the increase of CO_(2) volume fraction in feed gas during gas field development and construction are studied.The results show that when the volume fraction of CO_(2) is 20.0%,the treatment capacity is about 54%of that of feed gas with CO_(2) volume fraction of 12.0%,and the operable range of lean liquid temperature becomes smaller under the conditions of better process parameters.
