摘要
开发了一种新型铜硅系环己醇脱氢制环己酮的催化剂,考察了催化剂配方、原料、制备工艺条件对催化剂性能的影响,优化了催化剂配方和制备工艺条件。在保证环己醇转化率较高的前提下,提高了环己酮选择性,进一步降低了原料消耗及能耗,改善了操作条件,并进行了新型铜硅系脱氢催化剂的工业应用,结果表明:NDH6型新型铜硅系环己醇脱氢制环己酮催化剂具有优良的活性、选择性和稳定性,催化剂的各项性能均优于传统的铜锌系环己醇脱氢制环己酮催化剂。
A new copper silicon catalyst for dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone is developed.The effects of catalyst formula,raw materials and preparation conditions on the performance of the catalyst are investigated,and the catalyst formula and preparation conditions are optimized.On the premise of ensuring high cyclohexanol conversion,the selectivity of cyclohexanone is improved,the raw material consumption and energy consumption are further reduced,the operating conditions are improved,and the industrial application of the copper silicon dehydrogenation catalyst is carried out.The results show that NDH6 copper silicon cyclohexanol dehydrogenation to cyclohexanone catalyst has excellent activity,selectivity and stability,and its properties are better than the traditional copper zinc catalyst for cyclohexanol dehydrogenation to cyclohexanone.
