摘要
介绍了页岩气压裂液的研究进展及存在的问题,以酰胺表面活性剂为增稠剂,采用季铵化反应制备了页岩气水力压裂液,进行了相关配方优化及性能表征,并优选了压裂液配方。该压裂液黏度大于300 mPa·s,具有良好的黏弹性、剪切稳定性及流动性,流动性指数小于1,溶液为非牛顿流体,不产生滤饼,可满足页岩气压裂的现场要求。对破胶液进行离心试验,处理后压裂液残留物质量浓度小于100 mg/L。破胶液与地层水的配伍性试验结果表明:该方法不产生残渣和絮凝物,符合压裂液的洁净度标准。
The research progress and existing problems of shale gas fracturing fluid are introduced.The shale gas hydraulic fracturing fluid is prepared by quaternization reaction with amide surfactant as thickener.The relevant formula optimization and performance characterization are carried out,and the formula of fracturing fluid is optimized.The viscosity of the fracturing fluid is greater than 300 mPa·s,with good viscoelasticity,shear stability and fluidity,and the fluidity index is less than 1.The solution is a non-Newtonian fluid without filter cake,which can meet the field requirements of shale gas fracturing.The centrifugal test is conducted on the gel breaker,and the mass concentration of fracturing fluid residue after treatment is less than 100 mg/L.The compatibility test results of gel breaker and formation water show that this method does not produce residues and flocs,and which can meet the cleanliness standard of fracturing fluid.
