摘要 以海上某深井区块为研究对象,使用(w)50%甲酸钾盐水为基液,通过优选及研制抗高温增黏剂、复合降滤失剂以及流型调节剂等主要处理剂,并采用改性铁矿粉进行加重的方式,开发出一种新型抗高温高密度有机盐钻井液体系。室内评价了其基本性能、沉降稳定性、抑制性能、润滑性能和抗污染性能,评价结果表明:该钻井液体系具有稳定的流变性、较低的滤失量和良好的沉降稳定性。此外,该钻井液体系还具有良好的抑制性能、润滑性能和抗污染能力,能够满足深井钻井施工对钻井液性能的综合要求。 Taking a deep well block on the sea as the research object,using(w)50%potassium formate brine as the base fluid,a new type of high temperature resistant and high density organic salt drilling fluid system is developed by optimizing and developing the main treatment agents such as high temperature resistant tackifier,composite fluid loss reducer and flow pattern modifier,and weighting with modified iron powders.The settlement performance,inhibition performance,lubrication performance and anti-fouling ability of the drilling fluid system are evaluated in the laboratory.The evaluation results show that the drilling fluid system has stable rheology,low filtration and good settlement performance.In addition,the drilling fluid system also has good inhibition performance,lubrication performance and anti-fouling ability,which can meet the comprehensive requirements of drilling fluid performance for deep well drilling construction.
