摘要
试样采用盐酸、硝酸和氢氟酸溶解,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定镍基高温合金中铂(Pt)、钯(Pd)元素。本工作中优化了仪器工作参数,对待测元素分析线进行了选择试验,考察了高温合金基体和共存元素对待测元素的影响,最终确定了分析线分别为Pt 214.424 nm、Pd 340.458 nm,选定的待测元素分析线不受基体和共存元素的干扰,基体的其他影响可以通过在校准曲线溶液中进行匹配而消除。对高温合金中铂、钯元素测量的准确度、精密度和加标回收率进行了研究,回收率在96%~110%之间,RSD≤6%。
All the influencing factors on spectrum measuring were carefully investigated.The sample was decomposed by mixed acid(HCl,HN03 and HF).The selection of analysis lines was carried out,and the instrument parameters were optimized.It was determined that the analysis lines were Pt 214.424 nm and Pd 340.458 nm,respectively.The detection limit of this method was 0.03μg/mL for platinum and 0.005μg/mL for palladium,the recovery rate was from 90%to 110%,the relative standard deviation was less than 6%.
