气相色谱-离子迁移谱法快速测定废气及空气中的二甲基乙酰胺和二甲胺 被引量:1

Rapid determination of dimethylacetamide and dimethylamine in waste gas and air with gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry

摘要 本研究利用气相色谱-离子迁移谱联用仪,成功建立了空气及废气中二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)和二甲胺(DMA)的快速测定方法。空气和废气现场直接采样分析,二甲基乙酰胺质量浓度在0~19.5mg/m^(3)时,方法检出限0.01mg/m^(3);平均加标回收率分别为93.0%~107%。二甲胺质量浓度在0~4.03mg/m^(3),方法检出限0.008mg/m^(3);平均加标回收率分别为100%~106%。与传统的实验室分析方法相比,整个分析流程由先前的12h,降低到现在的1h以内,二甲基乙酰胺的灵敏度比国标方法3.3mg/m^(3)提高了300倍,二甲胺在没有富集的的情况下,与现有的离子色谱法0.009mg/m^(3)检出限相当。本方法灵敏度高、精密度好及定性能力强,能更好适应环境空气及废气中DMAC及DMA的在线检测,可有效解决氨纶企业周边废气的检测时效问题,为环境检测提供有力的支撑。 When the mass concentration of dimethylacetamide was 0 mg/m^(3)-19.5mg/m^(3),the detection limit of the method was 0.01mg/m^(3);the average recoveries were 93.0%-107%;the concentration of dimethylamine ranged from 0mg/m^(3) to 4.03mg/m^(3);the detection limit of the method was 0.008mg/m^(3);the average recoveries were 100%-106%.Compared with the traditional laboratory analysis method,the time of the whole analysis process was reduced from the previous 12h to less than 1h.The sensitivity of dimethylacetamide was 300 times higher than that of the national standard method of 3.3 mg/m^(3);and the detection limit of dimethylamine was equal to that of the existing ion chromatography method of 0.009 mg/m^(3)without enrichment.This method has high sensitivity,good precision and strong qualitative ability.
